Example Reconstitution
A 10 mg vial reconstituted with 2 ml of bacteriostatic water produces a concentration of 5 mg/ml. On a U-100 syringe, each unit then corresponds to 50 mcg. A 250 mcg research sample would therefore correspond to 5 units drawn on the barrel. These figures are illustrative laboratory calculations only.
