Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they remain unopened, sealed and in their original packaging.

Returns Policy
Because our products are research compounds, returns are handled under strict conditions to protect product integrity and safety.
Non-Eligible Returns
For integrity and safety reasons, opened, unsealed or reconstituted items cannot be returned. Bacteriostatic water and clearance items may be non-returnable.
Damaged Products
If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item.
Right to Refuse
We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not meet these conditions or where research-use terms have not been observed.
